For some non-profits, using external vendors to host content is both affordable and meets branding/marketing requirements.
YouTube is free, size limits, branding and advertisement.
Hosting your own means getting server space, learning about encoding, maintenance.
Have in mind size of videos, approx number of users, budget to pay for bandwidth
hosting can start on 3k to 4k
