* IdeaCast is a bi-weekly 10 minute podcast featuring interviews with authors from Harvard Business School Publishing
* The goal is to introduce listeners to new published material, but also provide useful management tools
* The most important advice is that there has to be something to say – noone wants to listen to a podcast espousing the virtues of a business or product.
* Listeners are savvy to good content vs. marketing messages
* Content must be so compelling that listeners will choose to spend their precious free time listening to your podcast
